US business-in-a-box · For founders abroad

Your American business, hosted.

Formation, registered office, mail, website, phone, and compliance — one company, one bill. From Lagos, London, Bangalore, or Manila.

Operated by a licensed Pennsylvania commercial registered office provider. You bring the business. We host the American part — the paperwork, the address, the mail, the deadlines.

The problem

Five vendors. Three time zones. One tired founder.

This is what "forming a US LLC from abroad" looks like today. A formation service files the paperwork and disappears. A registered agent sends a bill you don't understand. A mail vendor holds your official mail in another country. A freelancer builds half a website. A VoIP app sits unconfigured.

Every handoff is a chance to stall, overpay, or miss a deadline — and the founder is the only one watching all five. Meanwhile the EIN waits on an IRS fax, and Form 5472 gets discovered late, at penalty risk.

See the one-vendor alternative

Formation servicebill #1

Files the LLC, then disappears. You're left with articles of organization and no idea what comes next.

Overdue
Registered agentbill #2

A separate annual bill that's easy to misunderstand until renewal day — and a missed legal notice is a real liability.

Unopened
Mail / virtual addressbill #3

Another vendor, another login, another renewal — while official mail sits unopened across an ocean.

Website + hostingbill #4

GoDaddy, a freelancer, or nothing at all. American customers can't take the business seriously.

US phone numberbill #5

A VoIP app chosen at random. Missed calls, no greeting, no voicemail workflow.

Five vendors. Five logins. Five renewal dates. One founder watching all of them.

What you get

Launch gets you formed and online. Hosted keeps you that way.

Two prices. No tiers to decode, no $0 headline that becomes something else by year two. The state filing fee is always shown separately — trust is the product when a founder wires money across borders.

Launch · one-time

$499 one-time · state fee separate, collected at filing

  • State LLC filing handling — paperwork prepared at your direction, confirmed before submission
  • EIN handling, including the no-SSN IRS fax workflow (typically 15–25 business days)
  • Operating agreement
  • Domain name, first year included
  • 5-page website live in 14 days from content handoff — home, services, about, contact, and one conversion page
  • US business phone number, configured

Hosted · ongoing

$79 /month · $948 per year · auto-renews, cancel anytime from your portal

  • Registered agent service
  • Official mail handling, best efforts only: official mail and legal process received by CorpNet, the registered agent of record, are uploaded by CorpNet to its own portal. CorpNet promises no timeframe for receipt, scanning, or upload, and does not undertake to forward documents. Sethhost checks that portal each business day, mirrors retrieved scans into your client portal, and sends an email alert the same business day a scan is retrieved. Alerts are best efforts, not guaranteed. General business mail is not covered, and the registered office address is not a business mailing address.
  • Website hosting, care, security updates, and content updates
  • Compliance calendar with deadline reminders issued by Sethhost's own system. Reminders are best efforts, not a guarantee that every deadline will be identified or met, and you remain responsible for your filing deadlines. Annual-report filing service for your formation state is included as described in the service agreement.
  • US number with voicemail transcription

Year-one all-in before the state fee and before the filing processing fee: $1,447 ($499 + 12 × $79). Pennsylvania $125 · Wyoming and Delaware filing fees are quoted and itemized at checkout — state fees change; the fee confirmed at filing is the current one.

Filing processing fee: 3% of the total order amount, charged by our fulfillment provider, CorpNet, where it applies to your order, including on pass-through charges within the order. It is shown as its own itemized line at checkout and is not Sethhost revenue.

The gap

Everyone forms the company. Nobody puts you online.

Formation is a commodity now. The gap is everything after the filing — the website, the phone, the mail workflow, the monthly care that makes the LLC usable. That's the gap Sethhost is built to own.

How it works

Three steps to a functioning American presence

Tell us about your business

A short intake quiz: your country, your business type, the state you'd like to form in. We gather your information — we never advise on state or entity choice. That's yours to make.

Checkout

Launch is $499 one-time; Hosted is $79 per month with clear auto-renewal terms and easy cancellation. The state fee is shown separately, never bundled into a headline. Filing processing fee: 3% of the total order amount, charged by our fulfillment provider, CorpNet, where it applies to your order, including on pass-through charges within the order. It is shown as its own itemized line at checkout and is not Sethhost revenue.

We handle the paperwork, you go live

Every filing is confirmed before submission. Your website goes live in 14 days from content handoff; your EIN is tracked through the IRS workflow — typically 15–25 business days without a US SSN.

Who it's for

Operators abroad who need America to work

Freelancers, consultants, ecommerce sellers, agencies, and small digital businesses outside the United States — Nigeria, the UK, India, Pakistan, Ghana, Kenya, the Philippines, and the wider diaspora — forming a US LLC for concrete reasons:

To get paid

Access Stripe and US payment rails that are closed or painful from home — with an EIN and a real American business behind the application.

To sell to US customers

A US address, a US phone number, and a website that looks like a real American business — credibility with platforms, banks, vendors, and clients.

To gain credibility

An entity counterparties can verify, with a registered agent on file, official mail handled as described in the service agreement, and deadlines tracked in our own calendar (reminders are best efforts, not a guarantee).

To stay compliant without the calendar

No learning US state and federal filing calendars from another continent. Deadlines tracked in a calendar run by our own system, reminders sent on a best-efforts basis (not a guarantee), and annual-report filing service for your formation state.

Built for operators and freelancers — not venture-bound startups seeking prestige incorporations. That focus keeps the message sharp and the support personal.

Questions, answered honestly

What founders ask us

Is Sethhost a law firm?

No. Sethhost is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. We handle formation paperwork at your direction and coordinate specialist partners — a licensed CPA for tax matters, and your own attorney for legal questions.

I don't have a US Social Security number. Can I still form a US LLC?

Yes. Founders without a US SSN follow the IRS fax workflow for an EIN — typically 15–25 business days. We handle the paperwork and track it; we never promise to shorten the IRS.

Which state should I choose?

We don't advise on state choice — here are the facts: Pennsylvania $125 filing with a $7 annual report (due Sep 30); Wyoming charges a $60 annual report and Delaware a $300 annual franchise tax, and both states' filing fees are quoted and itemized at checkout before your filing is placed. The choice is yours; consider consulting an attorney.

Can I cancel the Hosted plan?

Yes — cancel anytime from your portal. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it doesn't interrupt anything already paid for. No calls, no retention scripts.

One decision

You bring the business.
We'll host the American part.

Start with the intake quiz — a few minutes, your details, and a clear cost picture even if you don't buy. The choices are always yours.
