How it works
From intake to a live American business, in four steps
No vendor-hopping, no mystery renewals, no figuring out US filing calendars from another continent. The slow parts are named up front — including the EIN wait — so you're never surprised.
-
Step one · A few minutes
Tell us about your business
A short intake quiz gathers the facts we need to do the job: your country of residence, your business type, and the state you'd like to form in — Pennsylvania, Wyoming, or Delaware, with each state's filing fee and annual cost shown as plain facts.
What the quiz does not do: it never recommends a state or an entity type. That's legal judgment, and Sethhost is not a law firm. The choice is yours; if you're unsure, we suggest consulting an attorney. The quiz ends with a summary of what you told us — and a real cost picture even if you never buy.
-
Step two · Checkout
One checkout, everything itemized
Launch is $499 one-time; Hosted is $79 per month. The state filing fee is always shown separately and passed through — never bundled into a headline that inflates later.
- Pennsylvania: $125 filing, $7/yr annual report
- Wyoming: $100 filing, $60 annual report
- Delaware: $110 filing, $300 annual franchise tax
Hosted is a subscription: it renews automatically each month, and you can cancel anytime from your portal. The renewal terms are spelled out at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
-
Step three · Days 1–14
We handle the paperwork
This is the formation-handling leg: we prepare your state LLC filing, your EIN paperwork, your operating agreement, and the supporting documents — and every filing is confirmed by the owner before anything is submitted. Nothing files on autopilot.
- LLC filing prepared at your direction, confirmed, then submitted to the state
- EIN handling including the no-SSN IRS fax workflow — typically 15–25 business days; we track it, we don't promise to shorten the IRS
- Domain registered, site scaffold started, US number provisioned
- Registered agent in place: our disclosed wholesale partner serves as agent of record in every state
Expectation, stated plainly: the EIN is the slow part. Founders without a US Social Security number follow the IRS fax workflow, and the IRS sets the pace.
-
Step four · Live
Your business goes live
Formation, address, mail, website, phone, and compliance — the whole stack, in one bill.
- Your website, live in 14 days from content handoff — a 5-page site: home, services, about, contact, and one conversion page
- EIN tracked to completion — typically 15–25 business days via IRS fax for founders without a US SSN
- Mail that gets answered — business mail received, scanned, and routed to you through your portal
- Deadlines that don't slip — compliance calendar with reminders and annual-report filing service (state fee separate)
- A US number that sounds like a business — configured, with voicemail transcription announced in its greeting
How the machinery stays honest
Human gates stay human
Automation carries the reminders, the mail notifications, the site care, and the compliance calendar. But filings are prepared by the system and confirmed by the owner before submission. Money decisions, legal sign-offs, and phone conversations stay with the owner — everything else just runs.
