Form 5472 + federal tax filing
Delivered by a partner CPA. Sethhost coordinates intake and deadlines; the CPA files. Critical for foreign-owned single-member LLCs — the IRS penalty for a missing Form 5472 can reach $25,000 per year.
Pricing is set by the partner and quoted before any engagement. This path must be live before your first filing obligation — we'll say so plainly if it isn't yet.

Bookkeeping referral
Referred out to a bookkeeping partner at engagement time — you approve their quote before any work begins. Sethhost does not pretend to be the accounting firm — we host the infrastructure and coordinate the specialists.

Hosted auto-renews. The Hosted plan renews automatically at $79 per month until you cancel. Billing is monthly, in advance. You can cancel anytime from your portal — cancellation stops future monthly charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No calls, no retention scripts, no reactivation traps.
Launch is one-time. The $499 Launch fee is charged once at checkout and does not renew. The state filing fee is collected separately at filing and goes to the state.
