Add-on · Annual report filing

One report, filed properly — for companies we did not form and do not host.

Not every founder needs the full desk. If your company exists, your agent is settled, and the only problem is the annual report or franchise-tax filing in front of you, this is the single-filing route: we prepare it, you confirm it, it gets filed in the state’s window, and the filed copy lands in your hands.

$129 per filing, plus the state fee at cost — take the intake quiz or go to checkout.

What the $129 covers

  • Preparation of the report from your entity’s current facts — officers, members, addresses, agent — checked against the state’s record.
  • Your confirmation of the exact filing and its total cost before submission. The state’s fee is separate, at cost, and quoted with the filing.
  • Filing in the window and the filed copy returned to you, with the next deadline stated in writing so the following year is not a surprise.

Know your state’s shape first

Some of these filings are reports, some are taxes wearing a report’s clothes, and some states want nothing at all: Delaware’s LLC obligation is a $300 tax with no report; California’s is a Statement of Information; Texas runs its yearly cycle through the Comptroller. Ohio and Arizona LLCs file nothing periodic. Your state page and our annual reports guide state each rule plainly, so you never pay us to file a document your state does not require.

The honest edges

A standalone filing is a transaction, not a watch service: we file the report in front of us, and the calendar duty stays yours unless you move to Hosted — where this filing is inside the subscription. If the entity is already dissolved for missed years, the job is a reinstatement, priced from $499, and we will tell you that before taking the $129.

Filing processing fee: 3% of the total order amount, charged by our fulfillment provider, CorpNet, where it applies to your order, including on pass-through charges within the order. It is shown as its own itemized line at checkout and is not Sethhost revenue.

Questions on this filing

How fast is it filed?

Within the state’s filing window once you confirm. If your deadline is days away, say so in the intake — rush handling exists for some filings (Express +$149, 24-hour +$299, where the provider offers it), and it buys handling speed, never a state guarantee.

Can you file for a company formed by another service?

Yes — that is the point of the standalone route. We work from the state’s public record and your facts.

What if I am two years behind?

Two missed cycles usually means penalties, and sometimes dissolution. We assess the record first and quote the true job — often reinstatement — before charging anything.
